days before my sister-in-law's baby shower, I purchased 20 onesies for
the ladies to decorate as a keepsake for the Mom-to-be. I was nervous
about having everything I needed in time, so when I placed the order,
I wrote in the comments section that I would like to be sure that the
order arrived in time for the shower. Well, lo and behold, I received a
personal email from Carrie stating that she would do all she could to
get my order to me in time and she sure delivered! (Pardon the pun!).
I received all 20 onesies within 3 business days and Carrie even had to
ship me one item from a different supplier - all for free shipping!!! You
do not receive customer service or personal service like this any more.
I was thrilled to receive a prompt email from Carrie each time I sent
her one and I was thrilled with the quality of the product I received as
well. The Kate Quinn onesies are very soft, well-made and organic. I
highly recommend this store and will refer all my "earth friendly"
friends to this site!!
